# Review a Grok Bot research draft

Use this checklist before relying on or sharing a weekly bakery competitor research report. The downloaded `.md` file is plain text. Open it in any text editor, including Notepad. A link in a report is a starting point for checking, not proof that a claim is correct.

## Scope

- [ ] The report used only the three public website URLs I supplied.
- [ ] I did not need to connect bakery accounts for this first task.
- [ ] Each reviewed page includes its exact URL and date checked.
- [ ] A page the Bot could not open is marked inaccessible or unverified.
- [ ] The report does not claim to cover social media, delivery apps, or other pages unless I included them.

## Check specific facts

For every price, product, promotion, ordering option, and opening hour:

- [ ] I opened the cited page myself.
- [ ] The page shows the exact detail stated in the report.
- [ ] The date and context are clear. A temporary promotion or old menu may no longer apply.
- [ ] The wording does not stretch a short page statement into a broader claim.
- [ ] Anything I could not confirm is marked “Could not verify” or removed.

## Keep missing states distinct

- [ ] “Observed” means the cited page displayed the detail, and the URL is recorded.
- [ ] “Not found on pages checked” means absent from those pages, not absent from all competitor channels.
- [ ] “Could not verify” means the Bot could not establish the detail, such as when the page was blocked or unclear.
- [ ] A missing detail is not silently changed into a claim that the competitor does not offer it.
- [ ] No competitor results, prices, or observations were invented to fill blank sections.

## Separate fact from interpretation

- [ ] Suggestions for my bakery are labeled as suggestions, not facts about a competitor.
- [ ] Claims about sales, popularity, quality, customer satisfaction, or intent have evidence, or are removed.
- [ ] Every claim I plan to use has a source page and a date checked.

## Keep the task bounded

- [ ] The Bot did not log in, submit a form, message anyone, post content, change an account, or spend money.
- [ ] I did not share passwords or one-time codes in an ordinary prompt.
- [ ] I reviewed connected accounts and remember that my Bots share a persistent computer and logins.
- [ ] I know reviewer rules are model instructions, not a hard guarantee.

## Record the outcome

- Date reviewed: `[YYYY-MM-DD]`
- Reviewer: `[NAME]`
- Corrections made: `[NOTES]`
- Claims removed: `[NOTES]`
- Useful ideas to consider: `[NOTES]`
- One instruction to improve next week's run: `[SPECIFIC CHANGE]`
- Did I approve a recurring routine? `[NO / YES, after checking schedule, scope, destination, approvals, and usage]`

Share the report only after checking every specific claim you plan to rely on. Keep unknowns visible. A report about three public websites is not a complete assessment of a competitor's business.
