Lenin, operating under AgentBuildersHQ, operates Script Writer, Reel Cover Studio, and AI Reel Studio. These terms cover your use of these three plugins.

All three plugins are free for now. Charges for ChatGPT plans or features are separate.

We will communicate any future plugin pricing before it applies. Your current use does not create an automatic commitment to pay for a future paid service.

4. Availability

The plugins are available in all countries where ChatGPT and the relevant plugin features are supported. Access is subject to platform availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Acceptable use

Follow applicable laws and platform policies. You must have permission to use uploaded photos and other material you provide.

6. AI output limitations

AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review factual claims, scripts, and images before you publish or otherwise use them. Revise outputs where needed.

We do not guarantee views, virality, engagement, revenue, or other outcomes from using the plugins or their outputs.

AgentBuildersHQ does not claim ownership of your inputs or generated outputs through these terms. Any rights remain subject to applicable law and OpenAI’s terms.

We do not guarantee that outputs are exclusive or protected by copyright.

9. Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the plugins.

10. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the plugins “as available,” without warranties about their availability, accuracy, or suitability for your purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
